He organized, established, and later managed Vattenfall Poland, a subsidiary of Vattenfall AB, the largest power company in the Nordic Electricity Market. Before coming to Poland Simon was the Head of the Department in Ringhals Nuclear Power Plant and worked as an engineer at ABB-Atom in Sweden.
Simon graduated from University of Lund in Sweden with a degree in Physics. He has been an assistant at the University and later studied Management, Economics, and Business Administration.
 
Since 1992 Simon has been following the polish energy market, has sought, defined, and developed business opportunities. He co-led a large rehabilitation program of a power generation plant, prepared numerous Feasibility studies, and tender proposals.
 
Simon resides in Warsaw. He is an avid windsurfer and enjoys sailing and music.

Until joining BAS Power he had been representing the Houston-based Coastal Power Company in Poland. Bogdan was responsible for finding investment opportunities in the energy sector, preparing proposals for stock purchase of power plants, financial modeling, and project management. Before joining Coastal Power Bogdan was the co-founder and later President of Magnus Brokers where he established a wide network of contacts in both the industry and the investment community. He worked with Ekofund, World Bank, and USAID.
 
Bogdan graduated from the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Kraków with a degree in industrial systems. After graduation he was the head of the technical department of the Academy. He holds his MBA from Poznan Management School and Tempus-Phare certificate from EU. He also took courses in project financing organized by the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation.
 
In 1991 Bogdan became involved in the modernization and the privatization of the polish energy sector. He was in charge of the implementation of the first polish privatization scheme based upon the project financing structure. He led final negotiations of the two largest to date privatization projects in Poland.
 
Bogdan resides in his native Kraków. He plays tennis and frequently goes skiing in the nearby mountains. Bogdan plays bridge and enjoys music.

He was the Vice President and Managing Director for Poland of BDC, Inc., a Michigan-based development company involved in energy and environment. Adam established a large network while working in the Mass Privatization Program where he was managing a portfolio in one of the National Investment Funds. His industrial experience also includes process engineering and manufacturing supervision at Ford Motor Company.
 
Adam graduated from Penn State University and later obtained his Ph.D. at Tennessee Technological University in USA. He was a professor of electrical engineering at the Catholic University of America. He also studied Marketing, Finances, and Business Administration.
 
In 1993 Adam became involved in energy projects in Poland, sponsored by the US Department of Energy. In 1994 he started a company in Poland that realized technology transfers in the energy sector. Adam’s projects included among others development of a gas turbine co-generation facility, manufacturing of clean coal combustion boilers, and privatization of power plants.
 
Adam lives in Warsaw. He is a certified ski instructor, lifeguard and a theater fan.
